About The Foundation
Through strategic partnerships, the ALAND Foundation aims to provide financial assistance, pro bono support, and assets to not-for-profit organisations, fostering a collaborative effort to address housing challenges, enhance educational opportunities and improve social welfare.
ALAND has a strong connection with Sydney’s Greater West and has been a major sponsor of several sporting teams, including the Parramatta Eels Rugby League team. ALAND’s logo has appeared on all player jerseys since 2017 and proudly supported the Eels NRLW squad for their 2021 to 2024 seasons. Over the past couple of years ALAND has supported several local charities including Habitat for Humanity Australia and the Pacific Women’s Professional & Business Network. In addition, ALAND provides scholarships each year for students who are competing building qualifications at TAFE NSW.
In February 2024 ALAND launched its partnership with Habitat for Humanity’s Brush with Kindness program when15 members of the ALAND team helped to upgrade a house used for transitional housing in Fairfield LGA. The ALAND team tackled the front gardens and backyards, cleaned out rubbish and managed some important maintenance and repair works at the property.
